The Rover-Landers of BC

Is anyone in the lower mainland with a welder. I want to build a bracket to hold a 20l jerry can I bought. I want to put the bracket on the back ladder of my disco 2 and have it when the jerry can is removed you can still somewhat use the ladder. Its a steel ladder as a magnet sticks to it. I can supply the steel and an angle grinder just dont have a welder. :D
