Need Structural Integrity Test

So I picked up a salvage rebuild 97 Disco for $600.00 and have now finished putting green back together. There still stuff to do, isn't there always, but it's now road worthy and I need to send it for a structural integrity test. I have a couple of questions?
I live in lake errock so was wondering if any members could recommend someone in the Chilliwack, Abbotsford or Hope area to do this?
Or
Is this so.etching than can be done by a mobile inspector and again if so is there anyone in the area anyone could recommend.
