The Rover-Landers of BC

I know this subject has been asked before, however I have only seen results from quite a few years ago.

I recently moved to the island, and was wondering if anybody can suggest good mechanics who have worked on LR's before. I have a 2003 Discovery HSE. Any recommendations will help.

Hi, what type of repairs do you need?

I recently just had to replace the power steering, as it fell apart on me one day. Other then that the mechanics said it looks pretty good however knowing LR's, I can expect to be in the shop for regular preventative maintenance.

I just stumbled across some LR mechanics yesterday. I was in Fernwood and saw an old LR parked in the lot at Fernwood Auto Service (2320 Fernwood Rd.). I went in and spoke to the owner only to find out that the LR belonged to a customer and that they work on quite a few LR's; everything from a S2 to a Defender. The owner is Robb Warren (2503854933). I intend on getting him to do the brakes on my new S3 LW once the parts arrive. Both, Robb and his mechanic sounded very knowledgeable and worth a try anyway.
