Hi Pete,
No I didn't go on any of the tours but we rented scooters and thrashed them up any back roads we could find:-)
On a couple of excursions we ran into some of these same Land-Rovers and a couple of ATV rental groups. They were a bit surprised to see us up in the hills on our lame little Yamahas. Hopefully the scooter rental company doesn't see some of the undercarriage mods we did to our rigs :roll:

Sure did, Twenty bucks and out the door. Wish it was that easy when I got my motorcycle license in BC.

Nice photos, was there any room for spare parts in the suitcase?
Those safari tours could only happen like that in that part of the world. Can you imagine how many rules and regulations you would need to meet to do that with Land Rovers in BC .....
