How does one wire driving lights to the High Beam without them coming on with the Day Time Running Lights?
On my Bronco you just connected to a certain wire on the DRL control box.

The lights should have a relay and it is switched on by the power wore to one on the high beams. Usually people put a separate manual switch online also.

With Day Time Running Lights (DRL) you can't just wire into the High Beam wire at the bulb.
The DRL power the High Beams but with lower voltage, the Driving Lights will always be on because of this.
I need to know where the DRL Control Box is & which wire to tap into that powers the actual High Beams.

What vehicle are we talking about? If it is a Disco 2, the DRLs are probably controlled from the BCU and I doubt you have any control over this. Well you might, but you need to know what you are doing with modern bus control vehicle electronics.
