The Rover-Landers of BC

Just came back from a trip to Mayne Island... saw quite a few newer Discos, LR3/4s and Range Rovers but no series trucks or Defenders. Here's a pic of my P38 doing launch duties near Curlew Island. The ramp down to the beach was very steep and hard to walk on but the range rover had no problems. A kind hearted lady with a Four-runner offered to stick around in case I couldn't make it up the hill but she then watched in amazement while the P38 climbed the sandy concrete without a single slip (AWD :D )

Nice Rob, thanks for sharing.. It's always good to show just how capable these vehicles are...not just a pretty face!
