The Rover-Landers of BC

has anyone ran a 33 inch tall tire on a series without parabolic springs ? saw a set of 8.25 16s for sale , just wondering if they would be to tall. i know 235 85 16 s would probably be better .

I had 33 x 9.50 x R15 MUD BFG's on my old Series 2a, with stock springs, no rubbing. I did have to adjust the steering stops a few turns which made for a slightly greater turning radius but no real problem.
