roof rack

does anyone have a brownchurch or similar roof rack ? iam looking for some dimensions , most of all the size of the material its made of , 1 inch or 3/4 inch also thickness , plus any other dimensions i can get , want to build one for my 88 just looking for some sizes thanks ...troy
