I'm popping over in mine, assuming I get the vents, snorkel and bonnet back on (after some post-winter bulkhead attention over Easter weekend), follower by a de-rattling and oil and filters change that is on the menu for Saturday.

She's been a daily driver since December (and had an Italian tune-up over the Connector and Coquihalla at the end of Feb), so is undergoing some TLC at the moment...

I'd like to go. It will depend on just how wet Sunday will be...

The weather cooperated and it was great. I heard all about the restoration of a 1948 Rover (car) that I was told was very "Land Rover underneath."

Also got to sit in a Rolls Royce. That's one to check off the bucket list. :alien:

Glad to hear the weather cooperated for St George!

How many vehicles were there? Any Land Rovers entered into the show?

No Land Rovers in the show (shame!) but we got quite a few unofficial viewings of ours as it was parked across the road in the morning!

There was also a passing red one (the one in my post here: http://www.roverlanders.bc.ca/roverforu ... f=1&t=7147)

..and someone lives just round the corner in 96 Avenue who has an old 2/2A I think!

Withabix - I saw you roll through the Fort mid afternoon, plus the red D110. There is also a nice series LR on Queen Street in the Fort, which is my stomping ground :D

Well, there was ALMOST a Land Rover there.

I had a long talk with the owner of this 1948 Rover. He said that, due to the communal raiding of the company parts bin, it was basically a series Land Rover chassis wise.
