Series II TDi Diesel Conversion - 200/RT77 or 300/R380 ???

Thanks Guys,
I found a rebuilder in the UK with a 200 TDi Defender, LT77 gearbox, LT230 transfer box for $7400 plus freight.
I found another rebuilder in the UK with a 300 TDi Discovery, R380 gearbox, LT230 transfer box for $7650 including freight to Eastern NA Seaport.
Both packages appear close in price, complete rebuilt turnkey engines, not including final freight to destination (Kelowna), GST and Duties.

I think the R380 is the better gearbox, but I think the Defender TDi with the high-mount turbo would be easier to install, (with my limited experience). I wonder if you fellows with more experience could share your thoughts on which package you would go with?
