Hi folks,
Well after a weekend project to replace my valley pan gasket I happily finished and reassembled everything only to notice that one of the FI is leaking.

So in the midt of taking everything apart again or get at the fuel rail and replace the oring.

Problem: No one seems to stock them? NAPA has a square cut oring (vs round cut) any idea if it will work? Or any idea where I can get the blasted o-ring without the long drive to the dealership?

The NAPA square cut rings worked like a charm! Caught under the hood in I days thunderstorm - had a lightening strike less than 50 feet from me!! All is well!

Glad it worked out for you ... was the old O-ring damaged / missing / twisted?

Yes, please post your Valley Gasket procedure, always good info to have for when the day comes ....

One of the o-rings was nicked.
I made the mistake of wanting to remove the injectors from the fuel line - should have just kept them in there.
