I'm not sure about BC, but in Alberta, there are half a dozen guys with shedloads of parts and pickup cabs are usually not hard to find. They tend not to be internet types though.....

Make sure you try one first. Defender pickup cabs are very cozy.... I'm 5'7" and I would not do one.

If someone finds one AB and needs delivering to lower mainland I maybe able to help as I will be coming back from AB around July 22.
