Well, it's that time in every Rovers life when there is some major rust repair that needs attention. I've been patching her together for the past year. But it's been bothering me because I know that the repairs arn't going to last as long as I need them to. I wanted to keep using her for the next year before I rebuilt her, but upon my last trip, the rear body mounts let go, so I've decided that there is some major work that is in order. So I had a look around her to see what needs repair, and oh my.... Rockers, floors, wheel wells, body mounts, small amounts of the frame, rear body cross member, boot floor, and the rear drivers taillight corner. And that's all I can see before I start taking things apart! I know over in the UK they have Paddocks, and they ship to Europe, but being in Canada, it would cost a small fortune to get everything shipped over. Does anybody know of any North American suppliers that would have all of the replacement parts? Any input is apreciated.

Oh sorry. Bit of an overlook. It's a '91 Range Rover SWB.

Probably cheapest to find another one that isn't too bad and fab the rest.
by the way Silver City on Annacis Island will hot dip galvanize a frame for between 5 and 700$.

Yeah, but trying to find a rust free Range Rover is like trying to find the Sasquatch. Besides, this one is a keeper. Maintenance records from when she was new, runs great, never let me down, and is low mileage. I don't mind putting in the work. The way I am planning on doing the repair, is removing the rear fenders, the back half of the interior, and tackling that bit first. I'll take care of the sills second, and move onto the front half only after I'm satisfied all of it has been properly repaired. The rust on the frame is just on the support for the center crossmember. I suspect I'll need to remove the fuel tank, rip out the boot floor, and replace that with maybe a chunk of a pick up bed? The only bits I don't want to fab are the rear body crossmember, the sills, and the front floors. I know this is going to be quite a bit of work, that's why I only want to do it once. In the end I'll have the ideal Range Rover. So back to my origional question, where might I find suppliers in North America?

Peter Baker from 3 brothers stocks series frame repair bits and might be able to get what you need.
Other than that not sure.
