I'd like to be able to pay online if this could be done. Charge a bit more to cover the PayPal, it would save the envelope, stamp and form print out.

You can certainly pay membership online and buy merchandise and it is only a very minimal fee from paypal for the club.
For membership just click on the membership button in the header.
