Hi All,
Not an Rover-Landers Event but definately will be interesting for Rover-folk! Cheers, Andy

Hello ROVERLANDERS from the Old English Car Club, South Island Branch:

Plan now to attend the 17th Annual English Car Affair in the Park at Fort Rodd Hill, National Historic Site in Victoria on SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 11TH, 2011.

Great news! - the featured marque is LAND ROVER AND RANGE ROVER. Attached is our promotional poster and also the registration form. Kindly forward to your members and if OK, please post on your website for all Land Rover and Range Rover enthusiasts to see. September 10th (Saturday) is the tour ("no-scratch drive"), Saturday evening is the pub-style dinner and Sunday is the big show of English vehicles at Fort Rodd Hill. Everyone is welcome! It will be a treat for both owners of the vehicles on the field and the general public to see all the Land Rovers and Range Rovers on display at Fort Rodd Hill national Historic Site. Excellent food concession on site including breakfast!

We encourage you to register early (enter before August 31st to be eligible for the prize draw!). Please give me a call if you have any questions and I or one of our enthusiastic committee members will be able to help.

Many thanks and on behalf of our committee and our executive we look forward to seeing you.

Hi everyone.

Just a reminder that it is the 17th Annual English Car Affair in the Park at Fort Rodd Hill, National Historic Site in Victoria on Sunday, September 11TH, 2011. The featured marque this year is LAND ROVER and RANGE ROVER.

A few of us mid-island rover folks are planning to drive down together on Sunday (safety in numbers… that Malahat can be a nasty road according to “The Economist” ). We will be meeting at Tim Horton's across from the Forest Museum just North of Duncan at 07:30 and leaving 07:45 SHARP which should get us down to Victoria before the 09:00 cut off.

Anyone interested in joining us is welcome, bring lunch lawn chairs, spare parts, BCAA card etc. (you know the usual).

See you there!

Rob
