The Rover-Landers of BC

I'm thinking about doing some maintenance on the wiper motors in my Series IIA (dash mounted wiper motors). Both motors are pretty slow in the morning and sometimes stop. I also occasionally see water dripping out of the motor housings.

Thought I'd see what kind of tips and tricks others have used before I pull them apart.
