Here in Calgary that would be worth around $3000 based on others I've seen sell in the last year or so.
A perfect one with no mechanical issues may be worth more, but I think an average one would be $3500-5000 in BC, and typically a wee bit more in Victoria. Check www.buysell.com & www.craigslist.ca for your community to see comparable prices.
