Wheel rims seized on my 2000 Range Rover

So I picked up some 8x16 Disco rims for my Rangerover, i really wanted the 7x16 but can't find any. Tried to remove my old 18" wheels, none of them will come off! (yes I did remove the nuts) I tried 2 days of WD-40 and whacking the rubber with a sledge hammer. I have now placed a piece wood between the 2 front wheels and a jack, which I have been slowly cranking in the hopes it will pop one of the tires off the hub.
Any other ideas?

Loosen the nuts slightly. Drive around the block.

Dug out a large gear puller, and was able to pull one of them off, did it gently and with some love taps on the tire as well. Ode for 50 cents worth of anti-seize.....

This was a problem even on new trucks. Landrover added lubricating the wheel centers to the procedure at pre-delivery inspection and major service a few years ago.
I have struggled with a few sets of those wheels which were seized on and I always apply antiseize to the hub before the wheel goes back on.
Car on hoist at shoulder height, biggest deadblow hammer available from snap-on a bit of effort and they usually come off ok.
Good luck.
