The Rover-Landers of BC

Hi All,

A question....In the back of my 109 I have two side facing seats. They DO NOT HAVE seatbelts, and to my knowledge have nver been installed.

I have heard conflicting reports regarding whether or not these are required by British Columbia law. I have read that in the UK side facing seats do not require belts as in the event of a crash the seat belts would cause more harm than good as belts are designed for forward facing seats and in side facing they can create internal injuries.

Any ideas on this topic?
