Lodestone Lake first trip of the season

June 14th and 15th will be the first attempt at getting to Lodestone Lake this season. We will be doing a bit of spring cleanup, some signage and paint if required and spreading grass seed over the exposed soil on the campsites at both ends of the lake.
Some may want to give the Whipsaw a try and see if it's passable yet, some may want to stay and camp... this will be a pretty easy-going weekend that can accommodate both. We may do some exploring at the lower elevations in the area depending on snow pack.
If you want to come up on Friday night we will be camping at the Granite Creek site around dinner time. Otherwise, please meet at the Granite Creek campground at 10 AM Saturday, which is just outside Coalmont, BC.
Please let me know if you are planning on attending, if you require a map, GPS coordinates or further info.
