Interesting literature... some nice pictures... curious about the testing and the bias considering this is from Jeep UK!

Interesting.........
Its looks like a J#@p advertisment by J#@p UK to me. Im sure if it was written by Land Rover UK it would be a little different

Definately a partisan ad but you can't shoot down much of what they say. It's a damn good thing they only tested against the Sahara model and not the Rubicon. The Defender may be "rough and tough"(heavy on the rough) but it is time Landrover started recognizing the competition's willingness to provide lockers in both ends and swaybar disconnects!

Both have very good traction control as standard. On the types of thing these guys would do, there would be no difference to lockers.
The only real difference off road is the Jeep has less clearance, and is more prone to damage.
I wheel with stock through extensively modified Jeeps all the time. A normal stock Jeep needs a good $10k in accessories to match a stock Defender off road. A Rubicon needs at least $3 k. The only thing I don't like about the Jeeps is the frames are pretty week. It really sucks when you pull a suspension arm out of the frame on the trail.

I love my Landrover but I am not going to make apologies for their shortcomings, it is time they got their s**t together.
