A van pulling one of those 1970's "bubble" recreational trailers passed me on Hwy 1 heading west near willingdon, my trained landrover eye spotted Landrover hinges on the door!!!

That style of hinge was standard on those traillers because of the curved side wall. so the hinges you saw, would have been stock for the unit, all the best. rick.m
