This site has links to lots of manuals. I don't specifically see a manual for the 200tdi, but it may be included in one of the Defender manuals...

Oh hang on, yours is a Disco.... Believe it or not, they are different.....
I can't find a write up. When you order parts, order a factory workshop manual as well. You really should have one!!
