AGM Agenda items

I am preparing the Agenda for the AGM on January 20th.

Other than the regular items of business like voting in last year's minutes & financial statements, etc., we currently have the following on the agenda:

1. Discussion and vote regarding ongoing support of 4WDABC for 2007

2. Clarification of spousal/family membership

3. Alternatives to $15 fee if 4WDABC is no longer supported: ideas needed, for example, reduced fees, charity project, club competition truck...
