Meeting Notice and Proposed Agenda
4WDABC Fall Convention
September 23-24, 2006
Location: Days Inn – Prince George, BC
Hosted by the North Caribou Offroad Adventurers Society
The convention will start at 8:30 AM and run to 5 PM on Saturday or until all matters have been dealt with (whichever is earlier). See enclosed draft agenda.
Delegates, members at large, and non-member observers are welcome.
The purpose of this meeting is to conduct the business of the 4WDABC.
Proposed agenda for approval by delegates:
1. Welcome and call to order
2. Delegate roll call
3. President’s welcome
4. Approval of agenda (bring additions or deletions to the meeting)
5. Minutes of previous meeting: March 18, 2006 AGM
