LT230 Rebuild

I am located in the Fraser Valley. Has anyone had any luck with a local shop that can rebuild a LT230 transfer case?
I would like to do this myself. Unfortunately, I simply do not have the time to do so with my work and family schedule.

I called around a while ago about this and found a great rebuild guy in Mission. His name is Enrico 6044100077. Prices were not over the top like they are in Vancouver.
I ended up rebuilding my own over 2 days. 4 hours to remove, 8 hrs to go through and replace bearings, shims etc, and around 6 hours to reinstall the next day. They are not overly complicated if you have a few days to spare.
One problem I did find when calling around, is that no one will use the parts you supply. ( they get no mark up this way and will not offer warranty if they end up using your supplied parts). Seems like a bit of a cop out if you ask me.

Maybe consider buying a used T case from a wrecker? I could help you install it, especially if you could get your Disco to my place. Rebuild yours later.
Pro Auto Recyclers in Abbotsford has them listed for different years. Would a case from a 99 work? They have for 2003 but different price.
If you can't pick it up I could do that for you. Let me know.

Gord, I am grateful for the help. I have a friend at a local farm with a lift who will help to change the transfer case for me. I plan to get a beefed up on from Ashcroft. Then look at rebuilding the old transfer case (perhaps when I retire and I have more time to learn how to do this).

FYI - Most original t-cases will need a bit of machining and a steel collar pressed in to fix the usual wear on the main gear shaft, mounting holes in the case. I had to have this repair done to my old Disco when I fixed its t-case.
