My bulkhead is about to come off, as soon as I can get the two main bolts removed. Everything else is disconnected and I've got the nuts off but I can't budge the bolts. Are they threaded into the outriggers? A PO installed a military chassis, is the connection to a military chassis any different than a civy one? Do I just cut off the thread even with the fitting and then drift it forward from the outrigger?

Hi Greg. A rusty chassis will often have seized bolts as you describe. Undo the nut and drift the bolt out. Heat seldom helps and Wd 40 etc is useless.
A hacksaw may be your friend....
