Series Rover Diff w/ 3.54

Bit of a long shot but figured I'd ask. I have a rover diff for my Series 2 with a 3.54 crown and pinion in it. It's looking like I will need to rebuild the diff at minimum and, after parts and factoring in someone's time to set the pinion height and whatnot, it would probably be just as cost effective to order a refurbed unit from ashcrofts.

If someone has a decent one that can be restored by me (i.e. no special tools needed) however, thus saving me that expense, can you let me know what you want for it?

Someone will know better than me but I think early discovery and Range Rover diffs were 3.54 and would bolt right into your series axle.

Hi, Matt. Yes they are 3.54:1 and the earlier 10 spline diffs go straight into a series axle. I have a few of them.

Thanks guys. I'm not often in Duncan, Tony, but I will message you regardless.

Diffs from a earlier RRC are 10 spline and will drop right in to a series giving it 3.54 gearing.
