The Rover-Landers of BC

Going for my inspection on tuesday, and my bloody wipers quit! I suspect the switch, i flick it and its dead all positions, am I wrong? Could I Bypass it and wire up a dash switch? Anyone one have a spare I could beg, borrow, buy or steal?

Hoping for a quick resolution here this will be the second time i've had to push off the inspection due to electrical issues lol.
