H4 headlight question?

What is the max wattage H4 headlamp bulb that is legal in BC/Canada? How many amps/watts is the stock RR classic wiring harness good for? Thanks.
I believe its 55 low and 60 high. I know alot of guys run 80 to 100 high, but that's not exactly legal.
