Well there are still a few Land Rover Wolfs at Suffield that they are auctioning off. Two 110 Ambulances and a 110 soft top. All with 300 TDI's (I think).

Too bad the bidding is going to ridiculous heights - all by the same bidder. :(

Go to: https://www.gcsurplus.ca/mn-eng.cfm and search on "Land Rover"

Will be interesting to see how high the bidding goes before the auction ends. :)

Same bidder wants all three trucks. Must have deep pockets. :(

Martin, why do you think they went to the same buyer, all three are showing different successful bidders.

Whatever the mileage we should not that they were used on a tank range, and not to go to the shopping mall. Even 10,000 km's on a tank range is more abuse that they would see in a lifetime anywhere else.

Hmmmm.... I wonder what I can get for mine? It's new 300TDi arrives from the UK tomorrow....

Oops. I was looking at the closing bids and not the final buyer. The MA....... bidder was VERY keen on all three and I thought he got them. I see now that he/she was outbid in the last few minutes/seconds on two of them. Still, people with money to burn I guess.

Hey Stuart - Your 110 looks sweet. I'd give you C$10K for it - If you throw in the new TDI engine as well.

Let see, another $20k to do a complete rebuild and paint, and they are at $57k invested. Means they would need to sell it for high $60s to make any money. I think too many people are going stir crazy with Covid fever. That, or more money than brains.
