FOR SALE: 1967 Series 2a.

Hey Rover pals.
I just finished this series 2a and I'm shortly realizing I need a larger vehicle.
Looking to sell and start on a Defender 110 project asap. I posted this on Craigslist but obviously I would rather go to a fellow Rover fan.
This was Tony's S2a before I bought it in Duncan and he's done some great mechanical work to it before purchasing.
-Factory Land Rover colour coded "pastel green" + "limestone" top paint.
-Aluminum panels are rubber isolated from the steel frame.
-Rocky Mountain door tops, glass and seals.
-Newly welded Bulkhead absolutely no rust near or around the bulkhead and footwells.
-Rebuilt 2.25 petrol engine with negative ground alternator.
-New Galvanized front bumper from 3 Brothers.
-Galvanized roof rack and ladder.
-Treated canvas inner door cards and headliner.
-New door and windshield seals.
-New complete ignition system. (leads, new coil, switch, key etc.)
-New 12v wiring looms throughout entire truck.
-Fuel tank 20L spare bracket rear (not shown)
-Tan Leather Defender seats and cubby box. (not shown)
-Bf Goodrich All Terrain T/A KO tires + Spare.
-Wooden rear tub and bench bottoms.
-Reconditioned wiper motors.
-More to list.
Original body panels, some typical Land Rover dings and dents but mostly straight and no body filler.
Needs a few minor things to finish it off. (passenger side wiper arm and blade. Passenger door bottom frame could be replaced. Could use a Wrights off-road sound matting system for a quieter ride. I added some photos of the restoration work so you can see that it has absolutely no filler in the body panels. Paint was stripped to bare aluminum with aircraft stripper. The body was then treated in prep acid (alumiprep and alodine) the truck was then prepped in Zinc Chromate primer before being epoxy primed and painted in 3 coats of classic single stage pastel green and limestone paint.
Shoot me some offers or schedule a viewing. Would consider a 110 project.
Please note ** I'm waiting on the tan leather defender seat upholstery for the seats and the cubby box, therefore no photos of that yet.**
