Series 2A wiper rack/defroster trim and dash panels.

Hi all, I'm looking for a Series 2A wiper rack/defroster trim panel.
This is for the rack type wiper, not the dual windshield mounted wiper motors.
I found the below pic online. You can see the heater hoses connected to the panel, mounted at the bottom of the windshield.
This is the part I need.

I'm also looking for the metal switch panel, shown at the far left of the dash. It also is a cover for the wiper motor.

If you have these but need them, could I borrow them to take measurements so I can fabricate copies? (I'm in the lower mainland).

FYI - I've searched online for a part number for the defroster trim panel without luck. Anyone have part number or any info on it?
