'99 Disco 2

I think it's better than a parts donor but I'm not trying to fool anyone -- it's a '99 D2 in epsom green with 337k on it.
I'm the second owner and have records since new (including original purchase docs and owners manuals). I bought it at 187k and have done the usual D2 stuff -- head gaskets (original owner replaced once, I replaced once), driveline parts, suspension bushings, electric CDL, air springs, door locks, SLABS fix, coil packs, starters, alternator, tie rod ends, etc. The heated windshield was replaced this year. The drive train has minimal oil leaks and no coolant leaks. I'll send a full detailed maintenance history if anyone wants it.
All systems work EXCEPT:
-Daytime running lights stopped working about a year after I bought the car. I think the relay in the fuse panel failed.
-Same with rear window defrost.
-Driver's heated seat failed (thermocouple feedback loop error, a resistor in-line restored heating function).
-Passenger rear seat lift motor has failed.
-Front ACE cylinders are weeping - the system works, but there's a clunk as it loads up the sway bar when cornering, fluid top up required every 2+ years?.
-Stock stereo is not functional (wiring adapter for aftermarket set included), HK amp/speakers are fine.
-Normal D2 issues (sunroofs leak, headliner starting to sag, AC drain tubes plug up and have to be cleared every few months).
-Each of my kids destroyed a front bumper when driving it and I haven't fixed the most recent damage.
And, the newest issue...This has been my daily driver since I bought it. Last month, it died when my son was driving home through New West. At this point, when cold, the engine runs as normal. After reaching operating temperature (and it seems to be when the engine bay gets to operating temperature), the engine dies and won't restart. Once it cools, it starts and runs fine. It's not a compression/mechanical issue, so it has to be fuel or electrical. That's the net total of my diagnostics effort
Pics/video/full maintenance history available on request or come look at it in Maple Ridge. I'd like to see $2,000 including my Hawkeye scan tool, tire chains and a somewhat limited selection of spare parts.
