Somebody just wrote off our Diesel Disco 1 300 Tdi.

Parked innocently outside our place in West Vancouver a passing speeding Fiat knocked our Bella up on to the sidewalk, breaking the rear axle and prop shaft. Hardly any body damage. ICBC is writing it off. Pity as it is a super running rust free example and we have just fitted a new injection pump and vacuum pump. I am asking what a buyback would cost us. If anyone wants to be in the loop for taking I on let me know. We are negotiating to buy a friends Range Rover.

This vehicle was purchased by Rovalution and has been deemed PARTS ONLY by ICBC.
It will become a shop project paired with another Discovery 1 we have with a blown V8.
We could sell both trucks as a kit for $6500... Or it will likely be up for sale in a few months for about $12,500 after the swap is done and up and running.

How was it purchased from ICBC? I did not see it at icbc auction.
