The Rover-Landers of BC

I'm heading to see my son in Kelowna. Any recommendation on camping spots between Chilliwack and Kelowna.
Typically I like to head down a forestry road and look for a nice spot. Just thought I would see if anyone know a nice spot.

Although I have not camped there, I do often take the Kane Valley Road which cuts off Meritt on my way to/from Kelowna - its popular with fishers as there are a few nice lakes along the way. From Vancouver, the access is a couple of kms from the Coldwater exit off the Coq. Type in Kane Valley Road into google maps and it will come up.
