You need to trim a very small bit on the rear for 245/75/16. It takes only a few minutes and is not noticable.

Umm not sure anyone noticed but 235/85r16 is only a 31.8/32 inch tire.
Not a 33,so with a 2 inch lift and some trimming you should be fine.
