mike,
try craig at http://www.hunterclassicsportscars.ca/index.html 250-383-5173

if not there is a company out of vancouver that has more parts than you can shake a stick at, craig should be able to tell you their name.

good luck with the roverparkboys.

and although i do not want to promote this guy at all as he is not reliable and has the same response time as the guys above try Dom at:
www.landroversalvage.ca, [email protected] 1-613-473-5263 in ontario.

also try Ken Miles from Britbits in Edmonton or also called Miles Import, he's mostly mini parts but may have something stashed in the back for the carb. 780-440-4225
i will ask around locally here to see if i can find one. give me an exact model number or something to work with.

With a sharp hobby knife and a steady hand, it is possible to make the main gasket. I did this years ago with a Zenith and never had to touch it again for 5 years until I sold the Rover. I had to do this due to the one in the rebuild kit dissolving soon after installation. They punched out this gasket with the heatproof material instead of the treated paper.
