Old Business:
New Storage Locker needed for 4WDABC equipment, displays and such. Andrea will look at pricing for something larger and in the Langley/Abby/Surrey area.

Land Use:
Eagle Ridge clean-up - still looking good, City likes the idea. Jarret is organizing the event.

Stave Lake Clean up - Bill is heading the Event. Date is June 5th. Accepting donations and prizes. Will be sending a request to the BOD for funding for the event. Need to see if the 4WDABC has an Awning/tent for the event, or look into the idea of purchasing one.

Whipsaw - Chris is going to Whipsaw to sign the documents needed. Gord and Wes will be heading up there July 1 through 4th. Will be needing volunteers to be able to haul tables ect. From the lot to the whipsaw trail. Trucks and Trailers would be helpful. This trip will all depend on the snow levels on the trail. For more information Contact Wes at [email protected] or call 604-878-8444.

Sunrise Lake — We will once again take over maintenance of the Sunrise Lake Camping area. Congratulations to Rocco, who have volunteered as the Project manager to organize the maintenance runs to sunrise. A few mentioned the need of a new sign at the beginning of the trail and a table at the sites needs replacing.

New Business:
Specialty Vehicle Association — Ryan has now taken over as SVA Delegate. He received the fall newsletter, still hasn’t heard back for anyone through e-mail, but will be attending their next meeting. We paid our membership to the SVA in May. They have 150 clubs under them; we are the only 4x4 related club. The SVA has a lot of communication with ICBC, They would have the most information about Modified vehicle issues. Nigel is there contact.
