So I was scuba diving off of the white island in New Zealand where I met a mauri fellow.
he invited me to his dive shop near Gisbon on the north island. when I showed up, (a hellish 4 hour drive through winding road frought with dead animals) there was no one home but for an elderly man whom I didn not understand (or visa versa Im still not sure)
Anyways, being inquisitive and a little put off, I decided to snoop (I happen to know there were blue penquins about)
To my great surprise, hidden under debris that included trees, buckets, chairs, a small sofa, panties, wire, an imitation blue penquin (habitat my ass) and at least one soda bottle, I found this land rover. It was poorly to say the least. But, in its day it had obviously had some adverntures as it had been hand painted Camo and had lots of conversions.
If I new how to up load pics I would do so as I took a few just for posterity.
Anyways, if you happen to be in the Gisbon of the northern new zealand island area looking for fake blue penquins or fighting rival mauori tribes, then you too can see and old series one under some garbage.
