Near Cobble Hill on Vancouver Island Saturday afternoon. A dark green 109 series 2a pickup with a canvass roof , followed 30 seconds later by Oliver's 110 station wagon camel trophy look a like. Very exciting two rovers in one day. ( I may not sleep tonight).

I missed the 109 but did see you flashing you lights, at first I though you warning drivers of a speed trap, but then I realized it was you in your silver mustang getting excited.
Do you know who's 109 it was?
We were wondering if you were available to come over Monday and give us some advice on our project.
Cheers, Oliver

Re: Two rovers in a row on the Island Highway
Hi Oliver
I do not know who owns the green 2a pickup which is a very nice looking rover by the way (to bad you missed it). We actually saw it coming out of Victoria in the morning so obviously it runs correctly as well as looking good if it made it up over the Malahat and all the way to Cobble hill.
Sorry I can not make it out to your place to help on the project till at least Friday. Maybe you just need a bigger hammer?
