defender lt77 difficulty getting into 5th and reverse

This is a note so that others might not have to go through the same search. I started having trouble getting into 5th last week. This progressed to also having a hard time finding reverse. I searched and found a recommendation to adjust the bias spring. I fiddled with this for about 3 hours with little to no impact.

Finally I took the top of the shifter off and found that the grub screw that holds the yoke onto the shift rail had come loose. I tightened it right down and lo and behold my problems are solved.

AND it shifts much better now as well.
