Snap On MT2500 diagnostic tool discovery 2 abs

Has anyone had any experience with using a Snap on mt2500 diagnostic tool for clearing
Disco 2 abs codes? I know the abs amigo can as well as the hawk eye unit from the UK, but the
Snap on with the right personality keys can be used for virtually all aspects of the vehicle including re programming ecu units, bcu units ie: alarm, super locks, and they can be had used on ebay for under $500

I believe the Snap-On scanner will work for trans, ABS and engine. But I do not believe it will work on the BCU or multiplex functions.

Derek is correct, this is what I have heard as well.

The SnapOn is a pricey unit is you are using it for ABS work soley for the Disco. The Autocom unit has had success based on the feedback from these folks.... and at a much lower price point:

However, please be aware the Autocom does not have the capability to interact with the Disco BCU programming (e.g., re-program keys, headlamp management, heated seats, etc)

I can bring my RSW ABS reader to Founders Days if you want to use it to clear the codes... if you have a USB tablet you can download the codes.
