Grey discovery 1 - Harrison hot springs resort

Saw a sweet Grey discovery 1 with black hood and stripes down the sides with 265/75r16's and a safari roof rack with a radio name for the license plate... Who does this belong to?

License plate is 'VA7CSB'.

Not sure it is a good idea to post up his call sign as you can google a lot of information from a call sign.
