Hi All!
I made it to the last ferry with thirty minutes to spare. I suppose Shaun and I could have come back up for that picture after all  . I appologise to all for skipping out early, as it was the traffic was pretty nuts. I got home to Victoria at 10 after midnight and I believe I may be a little punch drunk after that full day of driving.
Thanks to all for a fantastic weekend of Rovering in one of the most beautifull spots on this planet. Mark, thanks for all the entertainment, and hope your nose heals for the wedding. To all the rest of you on the trip ,a hat tip, you all made the trip very enjoyable.
Looking forward to all the pictures.
Cheers
Derek

Wow, that was a great trip, thanks to everyone who turned up & we all contributed to the clean-up & sign posting. The trail wasn’t half bad either  , really wish I could do that every day. I’ll come up with a more extensive trip report to post later this week. I have about 30 pictures, mostly static shots (seemed to be too busy to catch the action shots) I’ll send the pics to our gallery curator Bill E.
However if anyone would like them sent directly to your email, send me your request & I’ll fill the order.
Robin, Joe and Dean very glad that you where able to find us and all 3 of you certainly embodied the spirit of adventure…cheers :D .
Hey Derek, no worries maybe we can photo chop you & Shawn in as well as Wes & Graham. By the way my girl friend bought a pick axe over the weekend to do some yard work…so I’ll pass on the set.
