Anyone know what this leak is on a 4.0 GEMS V8?
power steering fluid? looks to have been patched up on something?

Power steering fluid is red (and is the same as ATF) generally isn't it?

Looks like coolant in the photos. Does it feel like oil or water.

It looks like your front timing cover is leaking and if so hopefully not into the timing chain area. If it leaks inwards it will destroy your oil and then your bearings. Check your oil for that milkshake look.

Coolant runs through the timing cover. The cover probably cracked, and some wise guy tried to patch it up with 2 part epoxy. You should check to see if the bolts on the timing cover are reasonably tight. You never know... :D
