94 range rover heter core and blower motor replacement

Hey guys my 94 range rover LWB has blown its heater core and no blower motor.
Any advise ?
I have heard this is a pain to do as i think the whole dash has to come out, any help would be appreciated.
Any idea what a heater core costs and a blower motor?

My heater core exploded like a bomb one day on the highway, it was really exciting. I think it was November of last year maybe.

I've also read that it's a massive pain in the junk, so I haven't bothered to actually source parts yet. I'm sure I'll get around to it some day.
