Today my headlight switch was a bit sticky and I had to use some force to get the headlights on.
After parking, I found the headlights would not turn off.. As well they are very dim.. The indicator switch is no longer sticky however.. I am concerned I may have broken something in the indicator switch?
Has this happened to anyone else?? Any advice on replacing or repairing the indicator lever if that is the issue?

update : I was unable to remove the headlight/turn signal lever, however I am not so sure this is related to its stickyness i reported earlier..
My turn signals are working perfectly now, but the headlights are "dim" .. on but barely... high beams work fine.. I think this may be related to a bad ground? Reasoning : blinkers are intermittent.. they work great sometimes, most of the time one or another blinks fast, usually front blinkers dont work.. I have been told this is due to a bad ground.. I did take the rover through a car wash today, Im thinking bad ground or relay or something is causing the headlights to stay on/not work?
Im sure someone must have had a similar experience?
As it stands i had to disconnect the batter to get the headlights off, and is that what I have to do until its fixxed? if i go shopping, disconnect the battery, manually lock the doors? ugh
I did the best troubleshooting i could.. I drove it real fast and slammed on the breaks, headlights still not working.. I went over some really rough roads and bounced around all over.. headlights still not working.. I did some speed bump jumps.. still no improvement...
any advice at this point is well appreciated..
