I changed the frame on my 2a...the mount for the e brake was welded to the frame which was foolishly decarded. the new frame is an older 2 frame where the mount is bolted on. I have found a bolt on mount however when it installed appears to be too high....and kinks the rod from the brake drum.
Are there different bolt on mounts ie one for a 109 and another for an 88?
It seems as though there should be a bolt on mount that hangs below the frame rail?

Hi Marc,
I have found that the LHD and RHD have a lot of different parts and linkages. When I was trying to complete my series hand brake assembly I found out the hard way that a lot of the parts are not compatable!
May not be your problem but i thought I would mention it...
