Yes, it is a GO next Saturday. Rain or shine. An off-road drive starting at 9 AM Saturday, back at the farm about 5 to prepare for the pot-luck dinner. Breakfast by our household served on the deck at the house at 8 Sunday morning.

Camping in the field is welcome with most people staying over Friday and Saturday nights.

Greg and Erica Sutfin

Well...because my life is so planned out I need a bit more than one weeks notice. I might be able to make it out for the day. Sounds fun thanks.

Its been the weekend before Father's day for fourteen years. The first year it was Father's day weekend resulting in many last minute cancelations. It should be showing up on the Rover Landers calendar since February and I'm told was in "The Roverlander". So I'm just confirming that it is going to happen.

Please come if you are able. We are gone on a drive from 9 AM until about 5 then back at the farm.

My bad for sure. I never look at the calendar, just the forum event feeds. I need to be more on top of it.
I'll try to make it out for a day trip at least. looking forward to a day of wheeling. We all still running the same VHF channel?

Anyone driving down north of Nanaimo Saturday morning. Convoy?!!

What do you drive? I am thinking of coming down on Sat, but I drive a Roll-Can-Hardly 110 and don't want to hold people up. I am in Black Creek.

Hello

Marg and I will be there for the drive and Pot luck. Thanks for the offer of a ride in your new rover Colin. I am calling shotgun.

Congratulations Dave, maybe you will finally get your 109 finished after the next 18 years are over (but it wont be before then) .

Victor

Thank you again Greg for hosting Rally in the Valley, We had a fun day Saturday, a great pot luck and as always enjoyed the hearty breakfast this morning.

It was good to meet everyone and hear there stories.

Thank you to Rob and Colin for scouting out a snowflake chase in June, Andy even took some snow home in his cooler. What a difference a year can make.

Cheers, Oliver

Here's another video.... shot of the rock climb up Mt. Benson. https://youtu.be/Kf1MbdoYivw

For some reason I didn't video me getting stuck and winched out of the creek so I'll blame that on the camera

A wonderful weekend, Big Thank you to Greg and the Island crew for hosting another (15th) Van Isle Rally.
It was great to get a change of scenery from the Mainland and as always the farm "lawn" was mowed to perfection and an excellent Dinner and breakfast for all to enjoy!
A very entertaining run on Saturday, thank you to Rob and Colin for taking the time and scouting it out.
I will post up a couple of photos here and upload the rest to the Gallery over the next couple of days ...

Cheers,
Andy & London
